About the Author
Name: Zevon Price
Turn-Ons: A great voice, a nice, tight butt . . . oh wait, wrong webpage! Sorry about that! Anyway, I suppose my love of all things monster and macabre is going to be really obvious here, but I’ll go ahead and reiterate it. I love monster movies of all kinds, good and so-bad-they’re-good, and the older the better. Monster books, too. Reading, obviously, and I’m not too picky. Fiction and nonfiction, I’m an equal opportunity reader.
Turn-Offs: Rude people, people who sing badly on purpose, pre-fab celebrities, sucky music, people who think they are way more intelligent than they are (and aren’t afraid to show you!) daytime television, doing laundry, and bugs.
Favorite Books: The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. If you haven’t read these books yet, seriously, what is wrong with you? The Sookie Stackhouse Series, by Charlaine Harris, Tanya Huff’s Blood Series, Dracula, The Three Musketeers, Those Who Hunt the Night and Traveling with the Dead by Barbara Hambly, and too freaking many more to name.
Favorite Movies: The original Dracula with Bela Lugosi, The French Connection, The Aliens Quadrilogy, Van Helsing (its good camp, get off my back) Underworld, Underworld Evolution, the old Hammer Studio Movies, Alfred Hitchcock, Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte (Bette Davis at her most awesomely deranged) Desire Under the Elm (watch this. Seriously.) and again, way too many to name.
About my stories:
- Dead Guys for Hire:
A female Baptist ex-preacher with the ability to summon ghosts finds herself neck-deep in voodoo and vampires when the spirits of Barstowe begin disappearing.

Zevon,
Love your page. You have some very interesting ideas! I agree with the thought that a bad guy beats the hero, like you I love the bad guy if he is depicted right. Yummy sexy bad guy, nothing quite like it!
